Table Top Exercises (TTX)

Test your resilience by running regular Table Top Exercises (TTX)
#

Cyber Security Table Top Exercises are simulated scenarios that test the readiness and resilience of your cybersecurity team and other relevant stakeholders. We have a a number of exercises designed to help identify gaps, weaknesses, and best practices in your security posture, as well as to foster collaboration and communication across your company and external stakeholders. TTX can also provide valuable feedback and lessons learned for improving security policies, procedures, and awareness.

Table Top Exercise Service
#

Our service is designed to assist you in developing tabletop exercises that meet the specific needs of your sector, colleagues, owners, and other stakeholders.

Delivery
#

Together we shall create a joint plan that

Define the objectives and scope
#

Together wit you, we will define the objectives and the scope of the TTX, some of the questions we will be discussing are:

  • What are the main goals and outcomes that you want to achieve?
  • What are the topics and themes that you want to cover?
  • Who are the participants and stakeholders that you want to involve?
  • How long and how often do you want to conduct the TTX?

Define the right scenario
#

Based on the selected scenario and scope, we will either choose an existing exercise from our catalog or design a new that matches your specific needs.

Prepare the materials and equipment
#

While we recommend that the exercise is unannouced, however as part of the preparation it is a good idea to gather necessary materials and equipment for conducting the TTX, such as paper, pens, flip charts, markers, laptops, tablets, phones, etc. necessary for the team executing the exercise.

However do not prepare materials and equipment that are being tested, such as alternative communication tools etc. Cheating yourself does not provide you with the value and learnings you want from the exercise.

Conduct the TTX session
#

We can provide the exercise lead and observers, but strongly recommend that you participate and, if feasible, engage with independent observers to boost learning and challenge all of us.

After Action Report (AAR)
#

Together we will document results and learnings in a report, documenting what happened during each step of the exercise and propose next steps for improvement.
